Training

All our trainings are tailor-made according to your requirements. We take into account your company culture, as well as your personal needs. After a thorough screening, we make up a training schedule with you and set the goals we want to have achieved by the end of the course.

Regular evaluations make sure you remain satisfied along the way, while the trainer can analyze your progress.

Language Training

Cross-cultural training
One-on-one, in group or as a half-day presentation. We help you bridge the gap between your culture and another culture you work with daily. We give you a crash course in all subtle cultural differences, habits, customs, body language, business ethics, how to communicate more efficiently, and so on.

For example: you have or you work for a company in Belgium and daily do business with Chinese, but sometimes negotiations are really slow, communication is not that clear and you are not sure how to receive your Chinese business partners when they will be coming to Belgium…. We provide answers to all these questions and much more: we make you feel confident and able to analyze each situation properly.
